CSL Data Centre Services a subsidiary of the M. Demajo Group is seeking to recruit a Full-Time Technical Specialist to join its current Managed Services Team.
The chosen candidate will be reporting to the Managed Services Team Manager and will be responsible for executing the following main duties amongst others:
- Handling the day-to-day maintenance and support of the company’s office IT customers;
- Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention;
- Responding to requests related to technical assistance via phone or email;
- Managing remote diagnoses and resolving technical issues;
- Tracking and documenting resolutions;
- Communicating to customers related charges to the service requests;
- Dealing with IT asset management.
The ideal candidate must have working knowledge and competency with regards to the following:
- Administration and installation of Windows Server;
- Configuration and administration of Windows server components such as but not limited to AD, DNS and Exchange;
- Desktop and laptop Windows installation and problem-solving;
- Basic networking and TCP/IP protocol.
The selected candidate will be working both on and off the company’s premises.
Preference will be given to candidates having more than one year’s experience in the role or similar.
