Uwejja is a creative Media House that is looking to expand it's team with like-minded individuals who wish to further their careers in a fast-growing environment. Uwejja has worked with leading power brands such as Lindt, illy, Pirelly, Hugos Group and Yellow Pages.
This post calls for a highly motivated Sales Representative who will generate leads and serve as a point of contact between clients and Uwejja.
Main duties amongst others:
- Sell advertising spaces on a regular basis, including prominent billboards and car park advertisements to existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell our services(Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, Websites, Apps) to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Interested Candidates must:
- Have Excellent selling, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have prioritising, time management and organizational skills.
- Be able to deliver presentations when required.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Have proven work and experience as a Sales Representative.
- Be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

The successful applicant will be joining a fast-growing company and will serve as a point of contact between clients and Uwejja, in order to sell advertising space at various prime locations. S/he will report to the company's Executive Directors.
