Tethys Oil Supplies & Services Ltd. (TOSS), a subsidiary of M. Demajo Group, is seeking to recruit a Sales Administrative Assistant to join the team.

Based in Malta and reporting directly to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be working closely with and providing support to the sales and operations team in handling day-to-day issues and achieving the company’s objectives.

The Sales Administrative Assistant’s main duties will include:
- Assisting in general administrative duties and market researches;
- Assisting in preparing and submitting bids for tenders’ documents;
- Ensuring that all documentation is processed in a timely manner;
- Attending meetings, drafting notes, letters, reports and following up;
- Managing and updating Excel and SharePoint databases;
- Invoicing and following up on financial issues;
- Adhering to triple ISO certification policies implemented by the company.
The successful candidate must have:
- Ability to work individually on one’s own initiative as well as in a team;
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the oil and gas industry;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
- A valid driving licence;
- Currently residing in Malta.
Knowledge of Arabic will be considered as an asset.
