Exigy Limited, a subsidiary within the M. Demajo Group is seeking to recruit a mature, well groomed, friendly and dedicated person in the post of Front Desk Officer. The selected candidate will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest standard of good practice.
Main Duties will include:
- Greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion through incoming customer calls, chats, emails or visits
- Logging and documenting support issues in CRM (Full training will be given)
- Identifying and escalating incidents and requests promptly to the appropriate source
- Following up and resolving complex customer issues in a timely manner
- Proactively developing customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level
- Sorting and distributing any mail/packages to the respective departments
- Maintaining an adequate stock of stationery and other related company requirements
- Assisting in other clerical duties.
The suitable candidate must:
- Have a minimum experience of one year in a similar position
- Have an ‘O’ Level standard of Education
- Be fluent in both Maltese and English
- Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and Word
- Have an excellent level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution
- Be an effective communicator and a quick learner
- Be meticulous and have an eye for detail
- Be able to multi-task and work on his/her own initiative.
Knowledge of Italian and previous experience in dealing with multiple clients and technology products / solutions will be considered as assets.
