One of�Newtech's objectives in 2007 was to evaluate�its operational skills and in view of this,�their goal was to organize a training program which would enhance existing skills and form part of�their ongoing operational excellence strategy. Mr. John Wasley of People Strategies planned a 10 hour training program for the Newtech sales team: Tony Naudi, Chris Demicoli and Carolyn Wrigley.� This program concentrated in furthering skills in the following areas:�Creating Successful Presentations,�Strategic Selling Solutions,�Managing Customers / Meetings Effectively and�Time Management.
