Exigy organised a business breakfast on the 18th of October titled CRM: Managing Your Customers for Business Growth, aimed at helping organisations understand how a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution will work for their business.  The event brought together CFOs, CEOs, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors and Relationship Managers from different industries together with guest speakers: Eric Muscat, Partner, IT Advisory at KPMG Malta, Kevin Schembri, SMS&P Manager at Microsoft Malta and Anita Mangion, Business Development Manager at Exigy.

Eric Muscat opened the event with a walkthrough of the gains and pains of CRM, providing the audience with an analysis of the types of businesses that would typically benefit from CRM systems and why they need it.  “CRM is more than an IT system – it’s a business strategy with the Customer at its very centre”, said Mr. Muscat.  ”If we look at CRM as an IT project, it will fail - CRM projects need to be sponsored by the business leaders of our organisations”.
