Exigy, in collaboration with Microsoft, held a Business Breakfast on Tuesday, 19th November at The Xara Lodge, demonstrating the new, exciting capabilities of the newest Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  The Business Breakfast – titled Deliver Amazing Customer Experiences – brought together sales and marketing directors, relationship managers and general managers who wanted to identify new ways how to provide differentiated and more compelling customer interactions.


Following the global launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 a week earlier, the event promoted opportunities that enable organisations to work across boundaries and create the right customer experience.  The event provided a basis for discussion for businesses who want to achieve process excellence, effectively manage social interactions and gain flexibility to deliver powerful mobile apps.
The opening address was delivered by Francois Grech, Executive Director at Exigy, who highlighted the aspects that organisations need to consider to help them work their way towards an agile and dynamic business.  Audrey Farrugia, Business Development Manager at Exigy, featured a dedicated presentation on the new capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, demonstrating how sales, marketing and customer care teams can work together to effectively deliver personalised customer interactions through modern, seamless and device optimised experiences.


A real-live solution demo of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 was delivered by Milen Manchev, Microsoft CRM Sales Lead, who demonstrated the product’s intuitive experience for users whilst focusing on key aspects of sales and case management. “The new, reimagined Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 offers massive potential for companies to match, nurture and engage with their customers”, concluded Francois Grech, “We have enabled our customers to establish processes that positively impact their win rates.”
