• The Holding’s Board is made of the Group’s Chairman and CEO as well as the Managing Directors of the various subsidiaries.

• The Subsidiary Boards represent the monitoring teams sitting on each company board, having the function to review operational performance within a strategic long-term vision

• The Administrative Boards represent the centralised service units or functions of the Group.
