The Group has achieved a steady growth in Turnover and Earnings over the years and is backed by a solid capital base, a dynamic board of directors, a highly motivated management team and skilled and well-trained workforce. It has made a number of strategic investments in the last few years notably in fully acquiring Multi Packaging Ltd, a manufacturer of carton boxes & packaging solutions provider in Malta, in Viset Malta plc, the operators of the Cruise Liner Passenger Terminal, and in The Mediterranean Nuance Group Ltd, who operate retail outlets such as Pedigree Toyshop & the selling & distribution of wines & spirits at the Malta International Airport. It is the Group’s intention to continue to expand its business activities both in Malta as well as abroad by means of the internationalisation of its operations and a better focus on service-oriented activities.
