Exigy Limited is seeking to recruit a Full Time Support Specialist to join its current team of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central Application Specialists.
The selected candidate will be reporting to the Solutions Manager and will be performing the following main duties amongst others:
- Responding and resolving customer support requests related to the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployments;
- Escalating and/or collaborating with other members of the Support Team to resolve issues;
- Adhering to support and change management processes;
- Assisting the solution team during User Acceptance Testing;
- Documenting guides and training manuals.
The suitable candidate must:
- Have knowledge or experience on ERP/Accounting systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV);
- Have fundamental knowledge of accounting;
- Have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and committed to go the extra mile;
- Show willingness to learn;
- Be meticulous and give attention to detail;
- Have good Time Management skills;
- Have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Previous experience in an Application Support role will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in Italian will be considered an asset.
