Basis: Full-Time - Indefinite

MEEC Limited,a subsidiary company of the M Demajo Group is seeking to employ a Full Time Condominium Services Administrator.
The chosen candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and will be performing the following duties amongst others:
- Regulating the use of the common parts of the condominium;
- Offering consultations related to legal and accounting backed up by our in-house professionals;
- Organising meetings and executing decisions taken;
- Managing all the administrative functions, including keeping records of minutes taken;
- Allocating the necessary costs for the maintenance, repairs and rendering of services;
- Supervising works in progress and conducting regular on-site visits;
- Representing all the condomini in any court sittings together with our legal team when and if necessary.
The suitable candidate must:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in Sales and Administration;
- Be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills;
- Have excellent people skills;
- Be able to work independently and without supervision;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in Condominium Management will be considered an asset.
